My daughter is due down around midday.

I'll will miss my roast today as feeding my one and a couple of strays she will bring means it's gonna be a spaghetti as I know that the other two are fussy eaters.



I'm glad it's bright and sunny as it means we can wrap up and go down to the beach.

Whatever the weather kids seem to love to just scurry along the seashore collecting shells and various animal life (or death).

I will watch out over them and be amazed at just how fast she is growing. I can never express how much I love my babe.

I will reflect on things in my life, it seems that the tranquility of the sea with its waves crashing along the shore helps me to think more clearly.

If the weather doesn't change I guess it will be back to the beach and into the ice-cream parlour.

I do have a 'fail safe' as I brought in a few dvd's for them to enjoy.

I hate it when she has to go back again, it somehow seems so unnatural.

Ho hum.

Hi journal, I figured a brief update was in order.

I'm loving my life right now.

I had a great summer and met some very old friends that will slot back into my life as if they were never gone.

Some friends are just meant to be there 'forever'.



I'm 'seeing' a very sweet women right now but I feel we are both looking for different 'things' from the relationship ... as always. I feel she will not be around by the time my b'day is due.



I actually got head hunted for a job ... in government no less. I have to laugh as I am about fun and messing about and this job comes across as being with serious connatations ... but we'll see, I have an informal interview on Tuesday.



My daughter is back at school (at last, lol) and her project for this term is on The United Nations and she is already planning 'our' trip to New York .. lol

So we will have to see .. maybe next year.

Her spelling is still atrocious but they tell me it's because she is bilingual ... i'll just have to keep an eye on that as all this text type crap isn't helping any.
